In Japan, the series is called "Shin Tenchi Muyo" or New Tenchi Muyo.
It was named to separate it from the first TV series and OVA Series (both known as just Tenchi Muyo! in Japan).
Not included in the American release is the Omakes or Out Takes of the series; which are much more risqué.

All DVDs are coded for Region 1 (North America) and Region 4 (Latin America).
They are also Bilingual in English and Japanese with English Subtitles and no edits.
