Pretty Sammy is back! This time, a new enemy appears by the name of Biff Standard, president of STANDARD, a software company. By using his company's software, Biff wants to standardize the world. Ramia, Tsunami's rival for the next queen of Juraihelm, uses Biff to defeat Sammy!

As Pretty Sammy (Sasami) was losing a battle against Pixy Misa in outer space, the sudden arrival of a giant meteorite saved her. The meteorite continued to crash at a resort beach in Japan - the same beach that Sasami and her friends are supposed to go on vacation. There, a mysterious man appears on the beach. Is he Sammy's enemy or friend? Sammy faces her greatest danger ever!

The magical kingdom of Juraihelm selects Tsunami as its new queen, if she can pass one final test - to restore the balance of goodness in the universe! Tsunami selects Sasami, an innocent earthling girl, to become her champion of goodness. However, Tsunami's rival, Ramia, has selected a champion of her own to attack and humiliate Sasami!
