Tsunami is a physical manifestation of the most powerful Jurai tree. She chose this form after she assimilated with Sasami, saving her after she was critically injured when she was very young. Tsunami continues to protect and watch over Sasami. Tsunami is also the source of all Jurai trees and power, and the only one capable of generating 10 wings of the light hawk.

Tsunami comes from the Magical Kingdom called Juraihelm, and asks Sasami to help make Earth a better place. Her goal is to become Queen of Juraihelm, and she needs Sasami or Pretty Sammy to make that happen.
