Noike, is the adopted daughter of Seto. She was sent to Earth to become Tenchi's new "arranged" fiancee, thanks to Seto's meddling. As you can guess, this doesn't go very well with Ryoko and Ayeka. Though some of her past is shrouded in mystery, what we do know is that she was once Mihohi's partner in the Galaxy Police, when they were both 2nd Class Detectives. She currently lives now with the rest of the Masaki family, and does her share of the daily choirs with Sasami.

Sometimes she will use her alias name: Noike Sakadzu.
