Named after a well-known Space Pirate who happen to sack Jurai 700 years ago, Ryoko Balouta is nothing like the woman she is named after. This Space Pirate knows how to do the Tea ceremony, flower arrangement, Japanese traditional dance and a culinary master. She is the most popular wanted person in the Galaxy Police (mostly though by the men of GP). Ryoko is very caculated on any action she takes, even when dealing with Seina Yamada.
